I am so excited to be sharing Eduardo and Kimberly’s Dallas Arboretum engagement session with you today!! These two were absolutely fantastic – I swear, I have the most amazing couples! The Dallas Arboretum is on my top list of locations to photograph an engagement session, and these two were the perfect fit!! Kimberly desired a “castle-like” look and the Poetry Garden gave all of the castle vibes we were looking for. I can’t tell you how stoked I am to be sharing a peek into our time together!
It seems A LOT of my couples met during the pandemic – understandably! Kimberly and Eduardo started chatting back and forth during the pandemic, and they decided to go to Meso Maya for their first date a few weeks later. They’ve been together ever since!
I love hearing/reading about proposals and this one is a DREAM! Eduardo made reservations for Meso maya to celebrate their first anniversary together. Kimberly knew they were going to the restaurant for dinner but didn’t think anything of the situation. On their way to the restaurant, Kimberly noticed Eduardo was taking all the wrong turns – he was super nervous and Kimberly began to have some suspicions. He pulled over and decided to surprise her, but she had to be blindfolded (Kimberly knew what was happening at this point)! Eduardo popped the question at the most gorgeous location overlooking the downtown Dallas with a sign that said “marry me”. She couldn’t say YES fast enough!! It was a literal dream come true for her 🤍
Eduardo and Kimberly will be tying the knot at Firefly Gardens in the spring of 2023. I cannot wait to celebrate these two!! Cheers to the future Mr. and Mrs. Pena 🥂
