Russ and Chelsea’s anniversary session at the Kimbell Art Museum was so much fun! I absolutely loved getting to know these two as we made our way through the gorgeous scenery. We had an amazing cloudy (and warm!) day for their session – the weather was perfect! Their session was scheduled for an afternoon during the week, and we had the whole outside area mostly to ourselves, which is always nice. I’m so excited to share some sneak peeks with you today!

Fun fact – Chelsea and Russ are actually a photo + video team out of Montgomery, Alabama! How cool! They celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary here in Texas while visiting for an engagement session. Chelsea and Russ were actually in Austin, Texas photographing an engagement session for one of their amazing couples. They decided to make their way to Dallas, Texas for a few days and have their photos taken while they were visiting as well. They haven’t had photos taken of JUST them since their wedding day, so this session was super special for all of us.

I SO enjoyed our time together, and I know they are so happy to be back home with their two little boys. For me, I love connecting with other photographers/videographers in the industry and learning all about their walk of life. It’s also special to be able to capture wonderful memories for those who also document wonderful memories for others! It’s extremely bittersweet.

Here’s to celebrating 5 wonderful years of marriage for Chelsea and Russ!!
