David and Brittney’s wedding at The Grand Ivory was the sweetest most beautiful intimate wedding I have ever had the honor to photograph. SO many moving emotions were present during the day and I absolutely loved celebrating their beautiful marriage with them!

I have had the opportunity to capture some amazing moments for these two – their engagement session, Brittney’s bridal session, and their beautiful day. Some people don’t understand how amazing it is to be able to develop such a wonderful relationship/friendship with your couples – from the beginning of their engagement all the way through to their wedding day. It is truly an incredible thing to be apart of. David and Brittney are two of the most genuine, kind human beings, and my heart just bursts with love for them.

David and Brittney shared an intimate wedding with only close family present. Their entire day was perfect in so many ways. I started the day off photographing all of their details – invite suite, shoes, rings, Brittney’s dress, etc. Details are one of my favorite things to photograph on a wedding day. But, there was definitely a moment of their day that, hands down, brought me to tears. My favorite part of their day was when David saw Brittney for the first time walking down the aisle. Just thinking about his reaction to seeing his beautiful bride still moves me!! Every part of their day was intentionally intimate and so incredibly meaningful to the both of them.

It was truly an honor to capture this moment for David and Brittney, and their family. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Van Dusen!! May God bless your marriage immensely!
