I absolutely LOVED this west TX summer wedding in Snyder, TX! Maria & Abel are just the sweetest couple. I have never laughed harder with a couple of mine than I did during our bride & groom portraits! I was so excited to work with them and I am so honored to have captured their special day.

We started the day photographing Maria & Abel getting ready at separate locations. We then made our way to the Catholic church where they had a beautiful afternoon ceremony. Their bride & groom portraits were captured at an off-site location out in the country with gorgeous golden-hour lighting. We then ended the night at the coliseum where they enjoyed tons of Mexican traditions with their family and friends! My favorite part of their ceremony was the rice exit! This was my first time photographing a rice exit and it was so so cool!

One of my favorite parts of Maria & Abel’s wedding day was the Mexican traditions they had during the reception. Seriously SOO much fun! They had a mariachi band play during dinner, and an actual LIVE band for the dancing portion of the evening. It was probably the most unique wedding I have ever had the pleasure of photographing.
