Tyler and Shiloh’s Tandy Hills Engagement session was so much fun!! I absolutely loved spending a Saturday afternoon with these two – they were the sweetest couple! When searching for the perfect location for their session, Shiloh mentioned she wanted an open-field vibe with lots of greenery and a beautiful view. Tandy Hills was at the very top of our location list, and it fit everything they were looking for perfectly. We had BEAUTIFUL weather for their engagement session, which was a plus 😍 I am SO stoked to be sharing a peek into our time together!

How Tyler Proposed

Tyler and Shiloh met their Freshman year of High School in Spanish class! Their first date consisted of a trip to Wendy’s (lol). Being in High School having their first date, they weren’t able to drive very far (and didn’t have a lot of money), so Wendy’s it was! They officially started dating their Junior year of High School and will be celebrating 9 years together this year!

Tyler proposed to Shiloh in the sweetest way! So… Shiloh LOVES Christmas! Everything about it she adores- the lights, decor, family and, of course, the true meaning of Christmas. They originally had plans to go to the Gaylord ICE one evening during the Christmas season of 2022. Tyler invited his immediate family to join and Shiloh did the same. Little did she know, their entire family knew all along what the plan was! Plus, Shiloh didn’t think anything of it as their immediate families are really close and do stuff together all the time.

They all arrive to the Gaylord ICE almost an hour prior to their reservation time slot. Shiloh thought it would be a great idea to take a picture in front of the HUGE Christmas tree as they had time to kill. However, Tyler’s original plan was to take “that photo” and do the proposal all-in-one after the Gaylord ICE. So… Shiloh unintentionally kind of ruined his plans (lol)! Shiloh and Tyler gather in front of the Christmas tree and wait for both of their moms to take the picture. Apparently, It was taking them FOREVER!!! Little did she know they were actually videoing the soon-to-be proposal! Shiloh turned around and Tyler was down on one knee and asked her to marry him! She said YES!! Shiloh was SO SURPRISED and caught off guard. She even started to cry!! How sweet!

Tyler and Shiloh will be tying the knot at Diamond H3 Ranch this upcoming summer. I cannot wait to celebrate with these two!! Cheers to the future Mr. and Mrs. Jennings! 🍻
