October weddings in Texas always hold a special charm, but Robbie and Joshua’s wedding day at The Gardenia Venue was something truly extraordinary. With a classic black and white color palette, heartfelt personal touches, and a whole lot of love, their celebration was both elegant and unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of how beautifully everything came together. Robbie and Joshua’s wedding was the perfect balance of timeless style and meaningful detail. Robbie wore a classic, elegant gown that was effortlessly sophisticated, while Joshua looked dapper in his black tux. Every element reflected their vision—refined, romantic, and intentional.
One of the standout details? The vintage car they brought in for portraits! It added the most beautiful, nostalgic charm to their gallery. Some of my absolute favorite photos came from those quiet moments around the car as the sun dipped low behind them!
The weather was perfection—sunny skies and golden light streaming in during sunset. Their golden hour portraits were a dream to capture. As they held hands, laughed together, and stole a few sweet kisses, it was impossible not to feel the joy radiating between them.
One of the most touching parts of the day was how openly Robbie and Joshua gave glory to the Lord. Their ceremony was filled with such reverence, and their love for Christ was evident in everything. From the prayers shared to the worship-filled moments during their vows.
Another favorite element? Joshua built a custom telephone stand where guests could leave heartfelt messages through a vintage rotary phone. It was such a creative, personal touch that everyone loved!
The celebration didn’t stop there—the dance floor was packed all night long with incredible music, infectious energy, and so many joyful moments. Guests waved fun light-up wands as they danced, adding a playful, glowing element to the party. It was the kind of reception where everyone was smiling, laughing, and fully soaking in the joy of the evening.
To top it all off, Robbie and Joshua ended the night with a streamer exit—so much fun, and such a perfect way to close out an unforgettable day.
