Kristen and Jon’s sunrise Dallas Arboretum Engagement session was one for the books!! We had such an incredible time. I loved getting to know these two as a couple and capturing such a special moment in their lives! We met at the arboretum on a Saturday morning and it was PACKED over with people, but that didn’t stop us from creating beautiful magic during their session! One thing I love about morning engagement sessions in Texas is you don’t really have to worry about it being super hot. We had fantastic weather, and it was a joy to spend my morning with these two!

Jon and Kristen actually live in Miami, FL – Jon’s family lives in the DFW area, but he moved to Miami not too long ago. They both met while attending church and immediately started dating – they just knew! Eight months later, Jon proposed to Kristen at their church in front of their entire congregation!! She said YES, and they both couldn’t be happier!

Kristen and Jon will be tying the knot at the First Baptist Church in downtown Dallas in January 2023. I cannot wait to celebrate with them!! Congratulations to the future Mr. and Mrs. Coppens!! 🥂
