I’m so excited to share a few highlights of Leslie’s Bridal portraits at The Barn at Paradise! I had the opportunity to be a part of an editorial session and Leslie was one of the amazing bridal models. Leslie is such a sweet and laid-back bride. I loved being able to spend some time photographing Leslie – I mean come on, she’s gorgeous!!

I always love when brides decide to add on a bridal portrait session. It’s a great opportunity for a trial run for your hair and makeup, and gives you a chance to enjoy being in your dress before the big day. The bridal session is all about you… this is your time to decompress from all things wedding and to just enjoy being a bride. I love doing bridal sessions at the venue whenever possible. Most venues allow a complimentary visit after booking – you could use that for another visit with friends or family, or you can use it for your bridal session.. just an idea! It’s so much easier to be able to use the bridal suite to change into your dress, plus we’re able to find some really awesome spots for not only your bridal portraits but your wedding photos as well. I always leave the location up to my brides, but I vote for the venue every time, if possible!

We had beautiful sunny weather during our time at the venue. We all had such a great time and I absolutely love how these portraits turned out. Thank you, Leslie for being so awesome!
